Introduction to Crystals, Colour & Sound

This is an introduction workshop where you will be learning about about the history of some of the major groups of crystals and their properties and their use in our everyday life. How to clear, energise and programme your crystals. We will look at using colour in our everyday life, and how colour affects us on many levels. We will also look at the chakras and energy system and the colours usually associated with them. How we can work with the chakras using crystals, sound and colour. The healing power of sound and how music can affect us on many levels. The benefits of yogic breathing and toning. The day will be a mixture of theory and practice along with group exercises which will include:- chakra balancing, cleansing the energy field, programming, energising & cleansing crystals. Energising your drinking water with quartz crystal energy, toning, crystal bowl sounds, combining crystals, colour and sound. We will have crystals to use during the training, and there will also be some to purchase if you wish. If you have your own crystals then please bring them along. This workshop is suitable for all of you that wish to learn a little about combining crystals, colour and sound. This workshop serves as one of the two additional workshops for the Voice Practitioner Training or the l day workshop for the Crystal & Himalayan Bowl Practitioner Training, or 7 hours CPD. Introduction to Working with the Gong

A day full of lots of Hands on with the Gongs, Paiste Gongs, Wind Gongs, Chinese Gongs and Nepalese Gongs. We will look at the history of the gong, how gongs work in Sound Healing and the affect they have on the physical & energy bodies. We will also look at the chakras, playing techniques and mallets and flummies available. How to choose a gong. This course is not a practitioner course, it teaches you the basics of working with sound and the gong, if you are already a sound healer then this would allow you to use the gong in a Sound Bath experience. A day full of learning and fun.

Introduction to using the Voice for Sound Healing

This workshop introduces you to using the Voice in Sound Healing, we will look at how Sound Healing works and how it affects both our physical and energy body & chakras. We will be doing lots of exercises with the voice, firstly warming up then learning how to tone in groups, meditation with sound, singing into the heart, singing the persons name in a session and how emotionally healing this can be, plus lots more. A fun day full of lots of beautiful sounds, sharing and laughter. No experience is needed this is totally for those beginning their journey using sound with the voice.
