Prices shown on this website are valid at the time of purchase. All prices are shown in UK Pounds Sterling (£).

Orders are placed by adding items to the Shopping Basket and then selecting your Postage Region. Postage will be added to your order according to your Postage Region choice. We use PayPal to process online payments. Your debit/credit card details are not shared with us.

If you are dissatisfied with any product purchased from our website, you may return it as long as the following terms of our returns and refund policy are met:
Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000: The agreement may be cancelled by you up to 7 working days after you have received the goods and you will receive a full refund of their cost. When returning the goods you will be responsible for arranging the return, the cost of the return shipping will not be refunded. The goods must be sent back to us within 7 working days in a manner requiring them to be signed for upon receipt. You will be required to email or post your notification of cancellation prior to returning the goods.

Missing, Damaged or Faulty Goods: If upon receipt of the goods you find that any are missing, damaged or faulty you must inform us immediately within 3 working days. We will then contact you to establish whether you want a replacement or refund, and to advise about returns. In such a case we will refund the cost of the goods and our delivery charge. Any goods sent back to us must be sent in a manner requiring them to be signed for upon receipt.

Should you choose to follow any links from within this website to any pages external to this website, then the owner of that external website will be responsible for the content, terms, privacy and cookie policies for that website.

Any personal details passed to us by PayPal as a result of a purchase will be used only to communicate with the customer by email, and to post the items ordered to the customer. Such details are not held online by us.
